6. SMS / text messaging terms
EcoLogic Solutions LLC operates its text-messaging program under the brand name Bag Story LLC, which is our registered 10DLC brand with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and the U.S. mobile carriers. This section describes our SMS program in full and is incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy.
6.1 What messages you will receive
Once you opt in, you may receive text messages from Bag Story LLC / EcoLogic Solutions LLC relating to:
- Order and quote confirmations.
- Shipping, delivery, and pickup notifications (e.g., "your order is on the way," "your driver is ~30 minutes away").
- Payment receipts and payment reminders for outstanding invoices.
- Customer-service replies to questions you have sent us.
- Occasional promotional offers, new-product announcements, and bulk-order deals — only where you have given us explicit marketing consent separately from transactional consent.
6.2 How you opt in
You opt in to receive SMS from Bag Story LLC / EcoLogic Solutions LLC in any of the following ways:
- Providing your mobile number in our quote-request or contact forms, where the form explicitly states that doing so constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS about your request or order.
- Providing your mobile number to one of our sales representatives by phone or in person and confirming that we may text you about your order or quote.
- Replying YES or START to a text message from us that asks you to confirm opt-in.
For marketing / promotional SMS, we require a separate, explicit opt-in — typically by ticking an additional "send me promotional offers by text" checkbox on a form, or by replying to a confirmation text. You can receive transactional SMS without receiving marketing SMS.
6.3 How you opt out
You can cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Bag Story / EcoLogic Solutions. We also honour the variations STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you send any of these, we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt back in.

6.5 Message frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity. On a typical account you may receive 2–8 transactional messages per order cycle (confirmation, shipping, delivery, follow-up). If you separately opt in to promotional SMS, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month.
6.6 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message you send or receive. Neither EcoLogic Solutions LLC nor Bag Story LLC is responsible for charges from your carrier.
6.7 Carriers and liability
Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.8 How we protect your SMS data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Your phone number, opt-in timestamp, and message content are used solely to operate the Bag Story / EcoLogic Solutions LLC SMS program and to comply with applicable law.
6.9 Changes to SMS terms
We may update the terms of our SMS program from time to time. Material changes — for example, a change in message frequency or the type of messages sent — will be announced by text message to active subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to opt out before the change.
7. Data security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, and regular reviews of our security practices.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to fulfil any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:
- Order and invoice records: retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
- Customer-service correspondence: retained for up to 3 years after our last interaction.
- SMS opt-in and opt-out records: retained for as long as required by The Campaign Registry, the U.S. mobile carriers, and applicable law — generally no less than 4 years after the last message, to prove that consent was properly obtained and honoured.
- Website analytics: retained in aggregate form only; personally identifying data is deleted or anonymised within 26 months.

12. California residents (CCPA)
