1. Overview
This page sets out the terms that apply to payments, orders, and returns between you and EcoLogic Solutions LLC (operating under the trade name Bag Story LLC). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order; by placing an order you agree to the terms below.

2. Payment terms
Payment is due on or before delivery. Specifically:
- Physical payments (cash or check) must be made before or upon delivery, with checks payable to EcoLogic Solutions LLC.
- Electronic payments (credit card, debit card, or Zelle®) should be received before the order leaves our facility unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
- For bulk or wholesale orders above a threshold we agree per customer, we may accept 50% deposit at order and 50% on delivery — discuss this with your account manager.
3. Accepted payment methods
Cash
Accepted on delivery or at our Farmingdale office. Exact change preferred.
Check
Make payable to EcoLogic Solutions LLC. Must clear before a refund is processed.
Credit / Debit card
All major cards accepted. A 3.75% processing fee applies to card payments.
Zelle®
Send Zelle payments to contact@ecologicsolutions.nyc. No processing fee.
4. Processing fees and penalties
- Card processing fee: a 3.75% fee is added to credit-card and debit-card payments to cover processor costs.
- Returned payment fee: a $55 fee is added for any declined card, bounced check, or failed Zelle / bank transfer.
- Repeated declines: multiple declined payments may result in a pause of your account or termination of our business relationship.
- Late invoice interest: invoices unpaid more than 30 days past the due date may incur interest as stated on the invoice.
5. General order terms
- Samples and brochures: please email contact@ecologicsolutions.nyc with questions, concerns, or sample / brochure requests.
- Special packaging requests: custom packaging may require additional charges and is subject to availability. We will confirm cost and lead time in writing before production starts.
- Material characteristics: packaging size limitations may alter creasing in bags; this is a natural characteristic of non-woven material and can usually be reverted by bringing the bags to room temperature before use.
- Order confirmation: once your order is confirmed by email or SMS, it is considered final and production is scheduled. Changes after confirmation may not be possible.
- Shipping: standard shipping is 3–5 business days; express shipping is 1–2 business days. Free shipping is available on retail orders over $50. International shipping is available on request.
6. Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Our returns policy is:
Email us first
Email contact@ecologicsolutions.nyc within 10 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for return.
Ship it back
Return items must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping with a valid tracking number.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
7. Items not eligible for return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-printed items — bags printed with your logo, colors, or custom design cannot be returned, as we cannot resell them.
- Items that have been used, washed, or opened beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
- Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Items returned without a tracking number that don't arrive at our facility.
If you believe an item is defective or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ecologicsolutions.nyc with photos — we will make it right regardless of the restocking / return rules above.
